What does ChatLore do?
It analyses a supported conversation export and creates a narrative report with selected source quotations, alongside message statistics. It cannot know what happened outside the export.
Which imports work?
Use the supported text-file upload flow. WhatsApp exports are the primary tested path. Screen-recording OCR and email intake are not connected, even where a demonstration tutorial is visible.
Which language should I choose?
Choose the language in which you want the report written. It can differ from the language of your conversation. Language quality can vary.
Can I rely on every conclusion?
No. Automated source checks reduce some errors but cannot guarantee factual accuracy. Read the quoted context yourself and use your own judgment.
Who processes my chat?
ChatLore stores your uploaded conversation on its server. When you request an AI report, conversation content is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured AI provider. Hosting is provided by Render. External providers apply their own data-handling and retention terms.
Who can see my report?
Your private report is available in the browser that uploaded the conversation. There is no account recovery or emailed delivery in this release. Anyone with a share link you explicitly create can read that report, including names and quoted messages; the full conversation is not included in the shared page.
How do I delete it?
Your browser access session lasts up to 30 days. Expired sessions and their conversations, reports and source-derived checkpoints are removed during the next cleanup. Clear the upload to remove them sooner. Closing a tab does not delete your data.
How long does it take?
Long exports can take several minutes or longer. Return to the same browser and report page to check progress. No ready notification is emailed.
Do I need an account or subscription?
This launch uses a browser session rather than an email account. Customer checkout and subscriptions are not connected. Generation is subject to launch capacity and may be unavailable when its allowance is exhausted.
Are the examples customer reviews?
No. Demo reports and illustrated reactions are examples, not verified ChatLore testimonials, customer totals or promised results.
Can I request deeper reports or another character?
Those additional purchase and follow-up flows are not connected in this release.
How do I contact support?
The captured contact and feedback forms do not send messages. A support inbox has not been configured for this release.
